A lot of the time all we can see is what’s in front of us; a mountain of work, a house to clean, a child to look after. In this over saturated world where we are getting beeped by constant messages of things we need to do it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Sometimes we have to take a step back from our present demands and look at what’s important and how we can prioritize our time to incorporate time for exercise and eating right. Here’s a question for you, do you want to have the body of a 40-year-old when your 70? New research is showing evidence that you can still keep your muscle strength as you age, if you keep training. Whether you like it or not working out and eating right is like putting money in your savings account, not always fun but worth it in the long run. Who knows, once you get into a new routine you may find that you like being active!
